A group of passionate youngsters would like to help the Hong Kong Community rise above the challenges of aging population with the dissemination of the idea of empathy for the elderly and encourage participation in elderly philanthropy through the Elderly Simulation Program.
Management Team
Chan Ho Man, Herman
Herman Chan obtained his bachelor degree of Marketing and Management (HKUST) in 2012. Because of his passion in social entrepreneurship, he works in a social enterprise business center and joined the program “Exchange for Social Entrepreneurs and Leaders” at Stanford University in summer of 2012. Following up the program initiative, Herman participated an elderly simulation project in Taiwan and noticed its potential benefits to the society. Thus, he strives to introduce an analogous program to Hong Kong.

Kong Wing Man, Samantha
Samantha Kong actively engages in a number of extracurricular activities and voluntary social services besides her study in Chemical and Environmental Engineering at HKUST. She is currently the Head Student Ambassador of HKUST and Core Peer Mentor of the School. She achieved the HK Top 10 Oustanding Youth and Sai Kung Outstanding Youth, which with continuous devotion in volunteer services with proven leadership and organizational ability. She is also the Hong Kong Young Ambassador, and has volunteered in Hangzhou and Tai O to help the underprivileged.
Co-founder
Wong Kon Chi
Wong Kon Chi is currently a registered social worker in a Children & Youth Centre in HK. With 6 years of practice experience, he has run more than 50 volunteer service programs in various primary or secondary schools. To consolidate his experiences, he has become the author of 4 books about Social Work Group, and has provided many group work trainings to social work staffs in NGOs and social work students in universities in HK. He will be the consultant of our project and provide professional supervision on the direct service programs to ensure the quality.
